It is important to us that our products are delivered to you quickly and in excellent condition.
We use tested secure packaging that provides protection to our products.
We use first class post by default for UK orders, and Air Mail for overseas orders up to 2kg in weight. If your order is urgent you may wish to use our COURIER option which guarantees next working day delivery. Please note that for large orders or those containing gifts, it will still take us more than a day to prepare the order for dispatch. You should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery.
Most print orders are dispatched same day if received by 4pm Monday to Friday. The delivery times will depend on the contents of your order. Orders for standard prints up to A2 in size are normally printed and despatched within 1 business day, however, due to varying demand you should allow 4 working days for your order to be despatched, especially at peak times such as Christmas. Orders for large prints (A1 & A0), Art Paper prints, or Canvas will usually be dispatched within 5 days but you should allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for delays by the Royal Mail. However, if one week after dispatch the order has not been received we will re-print and re-dispatch at no cost to the customer. Longer grace periods apply for international destinations, and the pre-Christmas period.
